What kind of tulle do you use? TOP

All tutus are crafted from the softest tulle available!  Tulle is manufactured and purchased here in the USA, is lead free, and flame retardant.

Each tutu is handtied using a minimum of 50-75 yards of tulle, has a no roll elastic waist that has been machine stitched for durability, and can be embellished with ribbon, rhinestones, flowers, and more!  The possibilities are endless!

May I order a custom tutu? TOP

Custom orders are fun to create!  Please select your child's size, choice of tulle (up to three colors), and include any embellishments.  If you have a specific idea in mind or need help constructing your custom order, please email me for assistance.

May I purchase a ready made tutu? TOP

Yes!  As long as a tutu is in stock, its is available for purchase and will be listed as so.

If you see a particular ready made tutu that strikes your fancy, you may build your own just like it!  Please remember that slight variations in ribbon, flowers, and other embellishments may occur due to product availability.

All tutus will be tied with a coordinating ribbon!

How long does it take to make a tutu? TOP

Since each tutu is handcrafted specifically for you, it takes approximately 10-14 business days for your order to ship.  A high volume of orders or a lack of tulle in stock may delay your purchase.  You will be contacted immediately if this presents a problem.  If this is a "rush" order, please contact me.  I ship all tutus via USPS Priority Mail.  Your tutu should arrive within 2-3 days of shipment. 

What colors may I select? TOP

There are forty different colors of tulle for you to select from!  You may choose a solid color tutu or one that has up to three different colors of tulle!  If you would like more than three colors, an additional fee will be charged.  Please contact me with your color selection.

Should I embellish my tutu? TOP

This is entirely up to you!  Embellishments are fun to add and will give your tutu a little extra sparkle and personality all of its own.  You may add Swarovski crystals, flowers, and ribbon streamers.  If you would like to add other embellishments that are not listed (i.e. pom poms), please contact me.   

However, as a reminder, rhinestones and other small embellishments may pose as a choking hazard for small children under the age of three.  If you choose to embellish your tutu with such items, please supervise your child closely, as I am not responsible for any injury that my occur.  Please check your garment for loose embellishments prior to wearing.

How do I care for my tutu? TOP

Upon receiving your tutu, please remember it has had an adventure during shipping.  It will probably arrive a little wrinkled.  With a few fluffs, these wrinkles will fall out upon wearing.  If not, a few minutes in a steamy bathroom will do the trick.  Please use a clean damp cloth for spot cleaning.  Machine washing is not recommended.

What is your return policy? TOP

Unfortunately, I do not accept returns or exchanges since your purchase has been made specifically for you.  However, your satisfaction is important and I will work with you to reach an agreement and problem solve any issues. 

For tutus that are in stock and ready to ship, please read each listing carefully.  I am available for contact should you have any questions.  All listings include a detailed description and a photo.

Once your order ships, I am not responsible for it's arrival to you.
